Sometimes, the same routine every day, the same day to another makes us dissatisfied and unhappy.

It is difficult to make changes if you’re used to doing things the same way every day.

We are often under pressure ,unhappy with too much  responsibilities,overload by work or homework!

 In short, we all have a routine that we want to change!

But routine does not makes us sad only,there are many interesting facts about routine that you will learn here.Go grab a pen & take some notes. Here we go. :) 

How to change your routine ?

  • Change your habits: So  start with small things in the morning. For example, have breakfast before taking a shower or put your clothes, then brush your teeth. Wear clothes that you do not wear usually.Try a different hairstyle . If you sleep at a certain time every day, then it is time to change it.. Sleep at a different time.
  •  Do something memorable every day -. You want to make each day different, and you want to make sure you do something that will make each day different . For example, If you have not talked to an old friend for a long time, maybe today  is the day or perhaps it’s been a while since you’ve picked up a book. Well, now is the chance to finally crack to open it. Remember the goal is to make today memorable.

  • Say yes to something you would normally say no to – This is a great way to surprise you not only change your routine, but change your habits. Take a little risk. Take the new dish that you normally would not  take in a restaurant or try a new activity that you normally would not. Anyway, make sure that it’s different and have fun.
  • “If you want you can”
    Why not a little encouragement before starting the day-Tell yourself that today will be different day.. Today, you embark on a new adventure and create memories for you and others. Tell yourself that you will not just be a dull person who does the same things every day of their lives. Be different and stay positive

  • Relax For A Change – One  problem with routine is that it require a person to work for a number of hours and force them to occupy their time with the same tasks every day. Well, skip the tasks and maybe even stop working for a bit and relax. Give yourself plenty of time to regain full strength instead of becoming completely empty all day and having to sleep through the night. Just relax .Sport, a little shopping, a good book, a good movie .. You choose!

  • It can become boring because it is repetitive. Spontaneity may instead help counter this rigidity in our schedules

  • It is sometimes an obstacle to creativity. Change of air is often the best remedy against lacking inspiration

  •  It can affect a couple’s life,friendships or social life. Can leads to depression

  •  Routine reinforces our habits and do not always pushes us to excel.

It may be very surprising but there are some people who love their routine. Routine can be good as well .Here are some positive aspects of having a routine 

  • The routine is a very important tool to help us be responsible in giving us the structure and the formation of good habits that lead to good choices in self-discipline. But more importantly, it gives us an internal order to help us cope with external changes that we encounter every day. . A routine is a safety net to rest in the middle of chaos
  • Routines allow each person to direct his
    energy where it is needed, which makes
    easier to learn new things.Par example the routine of a student is to get up-breakfast-bath -eat-school .. However, the person does not have any choice but to study even if she/he does not want to, routine allows us to be better focus

  • Due to routines we do not forget important things and avoid stress
